A Mockery?

August 20, 2009

Did prov. #3 make a mockery of prov. #1’s words?

In the letter I got from prov. #3, the Economist, he quoted words from Frank Reale’s 2003 letters to me, acknowledging the suffering, hoping for healing, etc, using Frank’s words, saying he wanted to make Frank’s words his own.

Prov. #3 seems clueless that when prov. #1 used those words in 2003 he had already taken action, made important decisions, held the province accountable, and followed through on promises.  His words had meaning because of his actions.  His words came last.

What did prov. #3 do?  Nothing yet.  He just used the words.  Just words.  Made them his own.

Talked the talk, but didn’t walk the walk.

I asked the question — Did prov. #3 make a mockery of prov. #1’s words? — instead of saying he did, because I really don’t know yet for sure.   Maybe I didn’t hear the last word from prov. #3 yet, but talk is cheap.  I have to see action too.
