Re:  Abusive Jesuit Daniel O’Connell, Missouri Province, residing in St. Louis

Dear Archbishop Carlson and Fr. Nicolas:

I am writing to notify you both that I found very serious evidence that the Missouri Jesuit provincial Tim McMahon has allowed abusive Jesuit Daniel O’Connell to be on the priestly ministry staff at a parish in Berlin continuously, even after the Missouri province found me credible, made O’Connell leave public priestly ministry and said it would not seek priestly faculties for him.

This evidence can be found at  http://www.mater-dolorosa-lankwitz.de/wiki/personen:personen?do=show.    O’Connell is listed as additional clergy since 1982.   This is current as of the date of this letter.  This website is updated frequently and many changes and additions have been made in the past 6 years.   This corroborates earlier evidence I provided that O’Connell was presiding at liturgies there after 2003.

I want to bring to your attention that both Fr. McMahon and his successor, Fr. Marcouiller have been totally unresponsive to these issues and concerns.   Although Fr. Nicolas told me in June that he referred these issues to McMahon and Marcouiller, neither has made any efforts.

Please advise me if there is anyone else I should contact.

Sincerely,
